When you have collected your luggage, call our dispatch at 480.699.5625. They will direct you where to meet your driver.
Yes our driver will be waiting for your arrival in the baggage claim area displaying a sign with your name and will assist you with your luggage to the vehicle. Meet and greet service is available at most airports Nationwide, for an additional fee.
We make every effort to contact you at the scheduled pick up time. If you cannot locate your driver, call our dispatch department at 480.699.5625. If you miss your pick up, you will be charged for a "no show" at the full rate of the reservation.
We allow a 10 minute grace period past the original pick up time. Additional waiting time will be charge at $15 per additional 15 minutes. Domestic arriving flights have a 30 minutes grace period. International flights have a 45 minute grace period. If you need additional time upon arrival contact our dispatch at 800.480.9883.
For your convenience reservation department is open 24/7. All airport reservations must be made at lease 24 hours in advance of the pick up time to guarantee service. Limousines, buses, vans require a minimum of 72 hours.

We collect as much information about your ride during the reservation process to ensure we provide you that is on time and best meets your needs. We will ask you for your name or the passengers name, contact phone number, pick up and destination location, flight information if we are picking you up at the airport, the number of passengers traveling and any special travel needs (car seats-wheelchair accessibility-access luggage ect.)
